ThoroSpec founder and principal, Hollis Brown, long time certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, is a 35-year veteran of the Washington, DC metropolitan area Home Building and Home inspection industry and has performed over 4,500 home inspections since 1997. He is certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds the CRI credential of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).
As owner/operator of the prestigious Home Inspector Training Academy, Hollis has trained thousands of home inspectors both locally and nationwide.
Hollis is also the webmaster of YadZooks, the Universal Hub of all Things Real Estate.
